I have a problem, an user marked his mail database as Mail Archive (don’t ask how he did it) and now when he accesses his Webmail he cannot create messages or reply to messages.I think it’s because of the Archive flag set in the Archive Profile Document and so I need to remove that flag.
The question is: what value do I have to set in order to not “brake” the application? Now it is set to 1, if I set it to 0 does it work?
I had the same problem, only it was a 7.0.3 client and no idea how he did it. You should be able to use an agent to delete the archive profile doc and replace the design.
Thanks for the previous posts, they helped me fixing this. I had to do it a little different. I resolved it by deleting the “Archive database profile” profile document entirely (please note this is not the “Archive profile”).
I did this by using a tool, but I guess you can do it differently. I didn’t run the agent as specified in the original solution, but I set the value to empty using that tool, and it didn’t work for me, so I deleted the whole profile
