HiI have replaced the design of all of our mail files with the Domino Web Access (6.5.3) (iNotes6.ntf) template that was installed with Domino 6.5.3 but the Follow Up button does not show up on most, but not all, of the clients

I have replaced the design of all of our mail files with the (iStdR6Mail.ntf) template that was installed with Domino 6.5.3 but the Follow Up button does not show up on most, but not all, of the clients
