When trying to switch to show conversations I get the following message:
You are seeing: only latest response for each e-mail Conversation (thread)
We recently upgraded to 8.0.1 and I haven’t been able to view conversations since then. I went into application/database/properties and checked off the “support response thread history” to no avail. How can I start viewing conversations again?
