I use Lotus Notes 8.0.1 as e-mail client on a Windows 7(64 bits) platform.
My problem is that even I check the “Login to Notes using your operating system login”, the password of Windows and Lotus beeing the same, the synchronization does not apply.
When I check “Login to Notes using your operating system login” option and I press “OK”, I receive a message that I must reboot the computer in order to synchronize the password. I restart the computer and when I enter in Lotus Notes the password screen appears.
Everything works fine in Windows XP SP3 but in Windows 7 x64 seems to be a problem.
Can anybody help me?
