Some of our users are suddenly receiving occasional emails from external sources that have had the text within the body of the email converted to a massive size - always Arial font size 100. If it was occuring on all emails I would be checking notes client notes.ini settings for font display entries, but it is random. I suspect the senders are perhaps on Outlook but not 100% sure.Is it a new font that Domino cant convert?
Has anyone else experienced anything similar.

You might want to check if the Text that is coming in is Arial UNiCode MS. If so there may be an issue with a new version of exchange sending to you.

Thanks heaps Nathan, just saw this as have been away on holidays for ten days - if it is an issue with a new version of Exchange sending, (and I suspected it may be an Exchange to Notes issue), is there any known fix? thanks again

I was having a similar issue where I was having an email exchange, but with each email I received, the text within that email would get larger and larger. Thanks to David, a member of this forum, this seems to have helped.

Thanks Lee, I did see this technote… it’s not quite the same issue, and only affects some users when in receipt of an inbound mail from external… not something I have seen happen with an email trail… I wonder if it would help anyway if I tried the setting…
