Hi,
Our hub server crashed. Two mail and one application server was connecting to this hub server which is connected with two hub servers in two different countries. We have installed a new server and provided the same name and IP address. We have the server configuration document documented so we can apply the same settings. The first problem was that the server didn’t accept the admin ID so we’ve created a new one with the same name.
Are we going to face problems with connecting this server to the others internal and external servers and if so, is there any way to fix it or we need to start everything from scratch.
Please advise as we are in a very big trouble. Thanks
