I have a problem with https links in incomming mail messages. I got only placeholders with Red X. Everything is OK, when I preview this message in browser

I’ve had this happen before also and here’s what worked for me. Go to the “Internet Browser” tab for the location document that you are using. Change it from Internet Explorer to Notes with Internet Explorer. Save the change and see if the email works now. If so, go back to the location document and change back to Internet Explorer. Save again, and the email should still work. Not sure why, but this little trick has worked everytime I’ve had a user with the issue. Hope this helps
