I have an agent which will create a new document and open the document in editable mode as soon as the document created:Set doc = New NotesDocument(db)
…
Call doc.Save(True, True)
print “[/” + db.Filepath + “/0/” + doc.UniversalID + “?EditDocument]”
the agent is called by a VB program very often, about 3000 times per hour.
Recently, I found there are tens of ‘Entry not found in index’ showing on our log.nsf every day:
11/06/2006 08:58:28 PM HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception - Entry not found in index [/allcalls.nsf/0/0DF0C4E2457AAD9E8525721F000ABDEB?EditDocument]
11/06/2006 08:58:47 PM HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception - Entry not found in index [/allcalls.nsf/0/7B5DAD3A983981F98525721F000AC515?EditDocument]
But, the documents exist in the DB, I can open and edit those documents reported in the exceptions…
I ran the agent manually, no such error…![]()
…
No @DBLookup, no @DBColumn used…
There are about 300,000 documents now in the DB…will it be a fact?
Does anyone have any tips about the error? Please help…thx…
