Http web server: couldn't find design note

Hi All,

I need your help regarding Inotes web access, we are trying to access the user mailbox thru internet explorer but we encountered error “http web server: couldn’t find design note”.

Please advise the workaround.

Try refreshing the mail file using your mail template.

Perhaps while replication some of the design notes may have corrupted.
