HTTP Task Hangs daily

I have shifted my domino server from 1 machine to another as well as my mount point ( export / import ) now when i run domino server i see lot of errors " 1. WAITING FOR WRITE LOCK ON FRWSEM 0x0244 database semaphore (@F5A34D88) (/local/notesdata/statrep.nsf).

  1. WAITING FOR WRITE LOCK ON RWSEM 0x150F Filecheck Monitor Cache (@F48FB4E8) (R=1,W=0,WRITER=00000:00000,OWNER=09300:-800752752) FOR 15000 ms ".

My HTTP task is also keeps hanging on daily basis.

I have search the forums but did not find any solution to fix the semaphore errors. Can some body guide me to the fix.

when i tried to quit http task it gives me below error.
