Logged PMR with IBM for HTTP slowness, they said its related to ODBC.
not sure of odbc connection troubleshooting…
Has anyone faced this issue before? any ideas.

Oracle support says, As per the AWR/alert log the database load was normal and no abnormalities found.
Database was accepting new requests and it is serving all connections.
