HTTP service is NOT running on one server in our notes environment, http on other servers is ok. I have checked that the HTTP service is running on the server, and have restarted the server, but to no avail. Can anyone help? Is there a setting up HTTP on domino server technical guide anywhere?

Hi there,
To set up the HTTP task on your server, type load http at the server console. Make sure that the file nhttp.exe exists in your \Lotus\Domino program directory, or else it won’t load.
Are you receiving any error messages in your server log.nsf file relating to the HTTP task? Its possible that IIS is running on your server, which by default will also use port 80. If this is the case, either shut down IIS or change the default port in the server document to use something other than port 80 (e.g. 8080).
