HTTP Service not running properly

I have a client that has Domino 8.5.1. HTTP appears to be running. They use Sametime succesfully. I start and stop HTTP and it doesn’t have any errors. I can’t bring up any applications on the browser. The web services doesn’t appear to be working. Any idea what could be the issue?

Subject: make sure that you use the right port

Sametime uses its own. Check your Server document in Domino Directory > Server > Ports > Internet Ports > TCP/IP port number

The Web TCPIP Port # is 80. Where do I find the Sametime Port #?
