HTTP Service hang

Dear All expert,

Recently I encounter a problem where our HTTP service Hang. We need to restart the HTTP service only all the web base lotus application and the Inotes is working.

Can someone tell me or give me a hint so that I can troubleshoot or at least have an idea on how could this happen?
