A customer perports to have a URL that they access for the past few years via both HTTP and HTTPS. They also claim that they were never using the “TCP redirect to SSL.” option.
A few months ago, the configuration of this server went from Web Config to Internet Site. Unfortunately, at the time, there was no designate to test to make sure that they could access via both HTTP and HTTPS.
Connection via non-secure HTTP works as expected. Connection via HTTPS is giving “Page cannot be displayed.”
The SSL KYR and STH files are located in the Domino Directory and the KYR is valid until 2008. Permissions on both look to be correct.
Could it be that the customer is not quite correct and http requests should be directed to https? Is there something else amiss here? ( Do I have the correct forum? )
