I am hoping someone here can help me out with this. Let me preface my problem by noting that I have searched the forums and the Notes knowledgebase before posting here.
I am running Domino version 6.5.3, and Notes 6.5.3. When I go to open an HTML e-mail, I see a blank box with a grey arrow in it. There is not a red x over the grey box, like you would normally see. If I open the same message in iNotes, it appears properly with the HTML image. If I open my personal web navigator, the image appears in there as well.
I have tried changing my format preference for incoming mail to every selection, and resent the message over and over, still shows up the same. Removing and reapplying my policy makes no difference.
In my log file, I have the following error:
12/19/2005 02:57:47 PM WEB(2): Unable to retrieve URL ‘Internet URL here’: Operation stopped at your request
I am on Windows XP, using Internet Explorer 6 as my default browser. Any ideas?
