I have a couple of users … who when they attach an HTML Email signature … the font size changes … the font size on HTML file is 7.5 but when it is attached it to an email it comes out as 12 …
It must be client related as when I try attaching the same HTML file on mine … it works fine
any ideas anyone ?

Can it be that these users have different decimal separators defined in Windows, than you have? maybe LN cannot recognize 7.5 but can 7,5 for these users.
Maybe try to change the font size to 8, for these users; and see if they reach to obtain this format.
I noticed when sending my email with a HTML Signature, the contents might also change whether to the receiving persons. Meaning that e.g. Layout can different if you open it on gmail or hotmail

thanks for the reply … tried changing the font size on HTML file … made no difference … for some reason when the client translate the HTML is choose is Arial point size 10 … when I use the same HTML file my client uses point 8 …
very strange … can’t figure out how Notes decides which size font to use when translating this HTML file
