Hi all,I would like to know if it’s possible to implement an automatic tool for adding the signature in html format
What i really need is to create a signature with a link in every mail i send. It’s so easy for me using Html to edit the external html page but is not so easy for my colleagues that really don’t know HTML.
It would be great to create an Internal HTML signature with an automatic tool for doing that…The user could use a simple form just to add/modify informations, images, link…that will be saved into Notes without the use of an external Html page…
Could anyone help me?
