How to view the disappeared document?

Hi, please help!

I just found that one of the document in the database has disappeared! I search from the view that this document should be still existed in the database because I can still see the category but under the category, it didn’t show the document.

The form used the save this document has a readers field which its default value is set to a role “[SuperUser]” but now I cannot read this document even I am also with role “[SuperUser]”.

If there is something wrong in the readers field, how can I fix it? I cannot see it now.

Yes, it works now.

Actually, I have set my name in the Full Access Administrator field before but it doesn’t work. But finally I know that I need to enable it in the admin client first.
