How to update doc with new encryption key

Hi All

I have generated a encryption key. I have encrypted all the documents with this key its working fine.

If any one changes the encryption key its not accepting new key for encryping the document &fields.its saying u dont have an encryption key.

  1. IfI send a encryption key to the users by mail, I dont want to allow them to fw to others how to set it?

Subject: How to update doc with new encryption key

From the menu choose file → security–> User security and open the id. From the Notes data–>documents select your encryption key and choose Mail encryption key. Select the users and click on send you will get a dialog Allow all users to forward this key. Do not select this and click on ok.
