Does anyone know how to stop the “Upgrade Mail File Design” window from poping up for users. The update documents are disabled and I have tried removing the MailSetup= and mailUpgradefolder= entries from the few users having the problem ini file. Any help or suggestoins would be greatly appriciated as I cannot seem to find any information on this subject. Thanks in advance.

This isn’t smartupgrade; it’s a desktop policy. Edit the desktop settings doc (you can, for example, set it so the folders are upgraded without a prompt first) or change the users’ policy assignment in their person docs.

thank you for responding but we are not using any desktop policies. Any other ideas?
