Is there any way to stop an email being sent out once you have clicked send?
I have a user who has tried to send a 30mb attachment out when we have a limit of 5mb, the system is now sat replicating as they are at a remote site and will take ages to do so.

Sounds like the user is still in the middle of the transfer from their client to the server. If that is the case have them click Stop on the replicator menu, open Outgoing Mail on Local (the local mail.box file) and delete the message from the queue.
