How to sort data in a form (which has 10 rows and 10 columns ) from preexisting data (in another form with 10 rows and 10 columns) ---Please help

Hi All,

I need to sort information on a form …

Please help

I have 10 rows and 10 columns , I need to sort information based on the First column that is the category ID …(which is the First column)

Every row has values for this particular category ID

For each category ID , I have it’s corresponding record row of 10 columns , Once when I Add values to rows , I know it is difficult to sort , but when I create a new document in some other database based on these rows and columns, I need to sort the catgeory ID and have these rows in the same new form sorted.

The new form also has 10 rows and 10 columns …

Please help
