How to set up replication across domain

I am trying to set up one way replication between two databases. These two databases are in different domains. I created a connection document in the NAB of the destination domain to do a pull only replication. What else do I need to do? If I need to cross certify, what id should be cross certified?

Depending on the security level you want, you either can cross certify the two servers or the two organizational certificates or the OU/O to OU/O certificates…
