Need to set up users through the Pass Thru server. Users are truly remote and will never enter the office to hook directly to their mail server.
Requirement is that users have little or no input to the process. Scriptable setup works perfectly if the mail server is available. However, Pass Thru prevents it from being directly available during setup.

This can be done. Normally I do an install with no connection to the server, than just create location + connection documents. In a matter of fact, you can even keep all this documents ina Db and just copy & paste them to every new install. Second option, is create a template (pernames.ntf) with the documents inside. After install the client, and before configuration, you just switch the original pubnames.ntf with the new one.
