How to set the sender display name?

when send email to others people normally the recipient will see the sender name(display name) at the “From” field and not showing the send email address, why our server doesn’t?How to set the sender display name?

I had the same problem. Go into the Congifuration document and change the field"RFC822 phrase handling:Do not add phrase"

to add a phrase.

Use Common Name as Phrase will use the abbreviated version of your Full Notes Name, e.g ‘Victor Reynolds’
