Hi All,I am using Domino server version 6.0.1
I have set " password change interval" and “grace period” value for user.
I am using inotes60.ntf template for mail file.
Settings are as follows:
In Server doc
Check passwords on Notes IDs : enabled
Session authentication: Single Server
In person doc of that user -
Check password: Check password
Required change interval: 1
Grace period: 1
Last change date:
Password digest:
Last change date:
(Internet Password) 04/22/2008 05:53:15 PM ZE5B
Force user to change Internet Password on next login: Yes
Still I am able to login with this user.
It never shows warning and password prompt to cahnge password. and password never expires.
What settings I needto do so as to implement policy - that user should get “change password” prompt after some interval.

Right here is some thing to check
-
From the Domino Administrator, click Configuration.
-
Open the server document of the server for which you want to Enable password verification.
-
Click Security, and then in the “Check passwords on Notes IDs” field, select Enabled.
-
Repeat for each server on which you want to Enable password verification.
Here is why
When you disable password verification for a server, Domino does not check passwords for any users who access the server, -----> (even if the user has password verification enabled) <----.

Have you tried recreating your environment and testing it with a more recent version of Notes.
I know this is a cop out but it is worth a try. Let me know how this goes.
