How to set Bookmark to 1000 users

Hi,

I have Intranet Database.

Want to add and open this Intranet as Bookmark and set as Homepage to all the 1000 users.

I don’t want to this manually set Homepage for each users.

I am able to add the Intranet to “More Bookmark” by @Command( [AddBookmark] ; urlstring )

Now need to set the Intranet Bookmark as Homepage

How to set this intanet as Homepage

Policies are already set but is ineffective.
