How to set Authentication for Domino Blog?

Hi,

I want to create a Blog site with the Domino Blog Template. It looks pretty cool.

But i want the users in our organization to authenticate before writing comments. They need not authenticate to read blog entries [then nobody will read it, i think :)]. Is that possible? How do i do that? Should i add all the users(~4000) to the ACL?
