My client is configured to send outbound internet mail as MIME. This works fine when I send emails from my own mail file… the message is converted to MIME by the client and the outbound gateway doesn’t have to do any conversion.
But we also have a bespoke mail correspondance database which is used to manually generate outbound internet mail. In this case, the client appears to dispatch the message as notes rich text and so the gateway is left to convert these messages to MIME before dispatching to the internet. How can I get the client to do the conversion for the bespoke db?
