so simply, an email with attached other emails.

Not with Notes, as a document (i.e. E-mail) cannot exist as a file outside of a database.
Now you could attach a Notes Database that only contained a single e-mail document.
(Note : The above is not strictly true, as you can copy documents to the clipboard…At least I think the document itself is copied and not just a pointer)

If you have the capability what about “printing” to .pdf - either via Adobe or one of the free/shareware products.

attaching a total database is not friendly to do, cause what about somebody wants to have just one email for taking home and he has no lotus notes client for at home, he cant open it, right?

Right. You cannot read a Notes e-mail without Notes installed.
If all else fails, print it.
