You can use Domain Search for this. Look for “Domain Search” in the Index of Domino Administrator Help.

If you open Catalog.nsf you can search across multiple databases. Of course you need to have the Catalog task running.
In the Properties of selected databases (ones to be included), go to the Design Tab. In the top section under Options, there is a checkbox marked.
Include in multi-database indexing.
Tick it, and wait (probably overnight) - or manually kickstart catalog and you will be able to search.
