We recently started mail journalling in Domino. We store these journals in it’s own directory. Prior to this our Domino servers would replicate to a server which we would drop and do a full save on a nightly basis. Mail journals do not replicate. We do not have DAOS on mail journals. We want to save them daily. We’d rather not have to drop the Domino servers to do this. I only need to save the mailjournal directory. I’d prefer to run this from a control group.
Do I ignore that it’s within Domino and and a one line control group which looks like the following? If so, what happens if the Domino server stays active?
