How to restrict showing the view list or route to another page when the database is force open as below:
“https:///domcfg.nsf?open”
As a result of above URL, all view names are displayed as links in page.

In the database properties on the 5th tab, you can set the launch options for both Notes and the web.
You can use the options there to set a default page (or something else) that will be shown if the database is opened with https:///domcfg.nsf?open

And in the first place normal users (let alone anonymous) don’t even need read access to domcfg.nsf.
