We have enabled message tracking but for some reason it is not displaying correct results. All it gives is the email details till 2nd July and does not display anything latest. I have tried renaming mtstore.nsf and restarting server but even then the results are not good, it still gives nothing for July and August.
Please advise how to create MTSTORE db ?
