How to remove user rights to delegate calendar access

Hello:

I need to be able to stop users from delegating access to their calendar and allow only the administrator to do it. Users are giving access to other users and then complaining about it. Is this possible? How is it done?

I found out that with a policy I can restrict this but now How do I change the delegation? I logged with the admin ID and still I was not able to make any changes. Any ideas???

Subject: Do you have Full Admin Access Rights?

I would assume if you do and switch to Full Access Administrator you should be able to make the changes…
