Hello !When I installed my first server I did somthing wrong. The Netbios protocol was added. It was added by default if I remeber it correct. Now I want to remove the protocol and let the server run only on TCPIP. What do I need to do to correct this ?

Open Domino Administrator (client or web) and open the current server.
Click on Configuration => Server => Current Server
Goto Ports tab and then Enable or Disable the ports you want. You can add additional ports.
Restart the server… That’s it…

What I did was that I disabel the netbios for LAN0tcpip and then I restarted the server. I still have the TCPIP port. On the TCPIP port I added the servers on TCPIP adress.
After I restarted the server it complains…
"Server entry in Name and address database does not contain any informaition for port Lan0tcpip
Error reading server informaiton for name server : Server document in domino directory does not contain an network name (or one for this port)"
Should I do anything about this ?

Open your server document and go to the Ports tab then the Notes Network Ports tab. Do you have “Lan0tcpip” listed for any of the entries? If you don’t wish to retain it you can remove the “Lan0tcpip” port and then restart the server.
