How to redirect Domino Web Access to subfolders of the mail folder?

Hi,

I have one Domino server. People’s mail databases files are stored in subfolders within the Mail folder according to person’s country, such as Mail\US, Mail\Japan, and etc. How can I set up a Web Access for these people so that they will be redirected to the right subfolder when they enter a different link, such as http://US-MAIL.company.com or http://Japan-mail.company.com?

http://webmail.company.com/US or http://webmail.company.com/Japan can work too.

I got the Domino Web Access Redirect working if I put all mail files within one folder; but I don’t know how to redirect the users to subfolders automatically according to either hostname or link if I put them into subfolders. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Ming

Hi Ming,

See the mailjump database & documentation in the Lotus sandbox

looks like mailjump.nsf only redirects users to their home Mail Server specified in the person’s document. The webmail server I am configuring is not everybody’s home server, it only has replicas of the users’ mail files. For security reasons, we don’t want to open up too many servers to the public.

Is there any alternative?

Thanks.
