How to match the Domino Server Date Format with Windows Server

My current date format between Windows server and Domino server was not match.

I have never done this for a server, the Setting is in the client available and most likely looks the same on the server.

If you google for notes.ini DST Domino you do get quite some promising hits.

There is other links - including IBM ones suggesting that this is not needed at all (which is actually true for my world) like here IBM Developer

In General DST and time zone is only promissing, if you allways go wrong by an Integer number of hours, and changing stuff in the OS is only picked up by domino once on the start of the server.
