How to make instant spell check recognize language?

I write my mails 50/50 in English and in Swedish. If I under PREFERENCES → SPELLCHECK choose Swedish as primary dictionary, and enable Instant Spellchecking, and then write a mail in English, all words get a red underline, because Notes believes it is Swedish. (and vice versa of course)

A dream would be that it behaves as MS Word does, that it after a sentence understands that this is indeed English, and change instant spellcheck to that language.

But maybe more realistic, my question is: Is there a shortcut, when writing mails, to directly change the Instant Spellchecker’s language? I have not found a way better than described at the top my post, but maybe you gurus can give a hint?

Subject: You can enable language toolbar

You can enable the Language Toolbar, then you can switch language of selected text on-the-fly. But it is pretty useless since it offers you all possible languages, not just those two or three you would really want…But still - better tran nothing, I guess.

Subject: Sonds like what you could do in the Property box for the text, too. Would be cool to cut it down to just a few options somehow.
