How to make Domino Server an LDAP lookup?

Hi,

we are running an Notes Domino Server 6.5 on Iseries.

I want the Dominoserver to perform a lookup into an x.500 Directory via LDAP, automatically if a mail recipient is not found in the own adressbook.

Where and how could this be configured ?
