I want to create a view, but same document will have two different categories, and one will be displayed on top (via sortingkey 1) , the other one will be displayed below (via sorting key 9). the the data is from one same document. I know there is selection to displayed multiple value into same view, but this can only have the same document being displayed one after another right? i.e not with another document being displayed in the middle? or other applications, like export to excel or link to crystal reporting is a better option?

For example. If I create 3 documents, and assign each multiple categories…
Then they show up under the correct category, not right after each other. See document 1 below
