Hi,

To Integrate with SAP, need LSX R/3 for SAP tool and using this you can connect to SAP and do the data updations. This material available in Redbooks section.

For SQL Servers, you can use ODBC Classes.

I can suggest you, look into Lotus Enterprise Integration forum in the same site, which will help you greately for SAP.
