How to install FIX

   Hie,I use Lotus Domino 6.5.3. I have never install a fix or SP, can you tell me how to do this.

Can you tell me which is the best fix or SP ?

The best fix is the one which solves your problem…

I guess SP is a Fixpack. The Fixpack is available on the PA site. Download it (if you need the included fixes), shutdown domino, make a backup, run the exe file and follow the instructions (you will be able to uninstall the fix by running the same procedure once again). E.g read the included README/INSTALL note.

A hotfix is normally not available for direct download. HAs to be requested from Lotus Support.
