I want to increase the size of the Mail Box file dynamically how to do this is there any code or is there any method to this.

“increase the size” ? Mail.box takes care of this for you. If you need “more space” for larger attachments or whatever, you may want to consider having more than one mail.box.
I have to ask, why? What would have to happen that you would need this file to be bigger? Usually, people complain that it is too big.

First, are you referring to mail.box or a user’s mailfile?
Second, what do you mean by “increase the size”? There is no size limit on a db in ODS 41 or better, and the only way to “change the size” of a db is to add/remove content and/or compact it.
Are you actually asking how to programmatically change a mailfile’s quota?
