We use a third party ActiveX control in a form on demand i.e. the control is not added into the form, but is added to the document when necessary using a button.
We are seeing below error from some clients where this third party ActiveX control software is not installed. And they can’t open the documents that contain these embedded object in them.
“The object’s application or class is not available”
Installing this software to all our client computers is not practical. Is there a way to make notes client to ignore this embedded object and show the rest of the document?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
