hello all,i’m trying validating a names field in my application…
i want to chck duplicate enteries in that field…

A Names field is like any other field as far as getting the values from it, and there are built-in functions in formula language and LotusScript for removing duplicate elements from a list of values. This is extremely basic, beginner stuff, which makes me think you’re trying to develop Notes applications without having had any training or reading a book. I suggest you correct this.
