Hi…I do i get the documents sorted from the Unprocessed documents …How can I go for it??
Subject: How to get sorted unprocessed document collection?
From the Help on NotesDocumentCollections
The documents in a collection are ordered when the collection results from a full-text search; otherwise, the documents are unordered.
If you have to process documents in a particular order you need to walk the view. Use a flag field to mark documents that need to be processed by your agent. Reset the flag as you go (so long as it isn’t part of the view selection formula) or use StampAll once all documents have been ‘processed’

Use the collection.Putallinfolder(“SortedFolder”) to put the collection into a sorted folder. Then you can process the documents in order by looping through them in the folder.
When you are done, call RemoveAllFromFolder.
Subject: Careful…
Operations to put documents in folders use up a lot of processing power.
This is OK if you are dealing with a realtively small number of documents, but may well be a showstopper if you are dealing with larger number of documents.
Test carefully before applying a folder solution.
