How to get local nsf at startup?

After upgrading to 8.5.1 my mail folder always opens the server mail db and not my local nsf. It use to open my last mail folder on local. How can I get it to restart my last used mail db and not the server mail nsf?

Subject: Location

Try to setup a specific location where you can be connected using LAN (Basics tab) but use the local replica of your mailbox (Mail tab).
