Recently I had Lotus Notes 8 client crashing due to workspace corruption. My Notes administrator tried to fix the local mail copy but it did not work. We tried to delete local copy and re-create from server, it still did not help. Finally we removed the local workspace and let notes re-create the workspace. This time it did work and I can create the local copy from my server database. In this whole exercise, we forgot one thing that my previous local copy has archive process active. Due to which I had the document summary for all the documents got archived. With the new local copy those summary links were gone. I still have my archive database with me so I still can search old e-mails. But in new local copy, no summary links for relating archive information. Can anyone suggest a method by which I can get those archive document summary links back to local NSF copy for my mail file?
